How do I know this will actually work for my business?
We don’t design for awards or trends — we design around clarity. If people can’t quickly understand what you do, who it’s for, and what to do next, the site isn’t doing its job. Our process starts there, not with colours or animations. The goal isn’t to impress — it’s to make things make sense.
What if I already have a website but it’s not doing much?
That’s actually a common starting point. Sometimes the structure is off. Sometimes the message is unclear. Sometimes it’s just doing too much. We’ll look at what’s there, figure out what’s working (and what isn’t), and improve it instead of tearing everything down unnecessarily.
I don’t really know what I want yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most people come to us feeling stuck or unsure — that’s normal. Part of our job is helping you sort through the noise, ask the right questions, and land on something that actually fits your business, not someone else’s template.
How involved do I need to be during the process?
You won’t need to hover, but you won’t be left in the dark either. We’ll ask for input when it matters — goals, direction, decisions — and handle the rest. Clear communication, no endless back-and-forth.
Will the content actually sound like us?
Yes — that’s kind of the point. We’re not here to turn you into a “brand voice” you don’t recognise. We shape and refine what’s already there, so it sounds clear, confident, and natural — not stiff or salesy.
Do you focus more on design or content?
Neither comes first on its own. Content and structure inform design. Design supports content. When one leads without the other, things usually fall apart. We treat them as one system.
How do you approach SEO without making the content sound robotic?
We write for people first, then make sure it’s structured properly for search. That means clear headings, sensible page flow, and content that answers real questions — not stuffing keywords where they don’t belong.
What if I need changes or realise something later?
That happens. Businesses evolve. We build things in a way that’s flexible and easy to adjust, and we’re always upfront about what’s included and what isn’t — no surprises.
Is this a good fit if I’m just starting out?
If you care about getting it right early instead of fixing it later — yes. If you just want something rushed and cheap to “exist online,” probably not.
